Shipping policy
Delivery
For orders placed within Romania, there is no shipping cost. However, for international orders, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, depending on the shipping company's rates charged. Please note that the estimated processing time for garments is up to 7 business days, but each customer will be contacted to receive more details about the delivery day. We use the FAN CURIER shipping company. Delivery may be influenced by external factors that are not related to HARU HAR. Transit time after shipment may vary depending on your location. In the event that your delivery is delayed for any reason within our control, we will do our best to keep you informed of the estimated delivery date.
We process and ship orders during our main business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am EET to 5:00 pm EET (excluding Romanian public holidays). Please note that all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Track your order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email using the tracking number provided. Products are usually delivered Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and Sundays, so any orders placed on weekends will be processed on the first business day.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note that all items featured on www.haruhar.com are made to order, to the customer's specifications and are personalized upon request, which is why, according to current legislation, the products cannot be returned.
